Hello everyone.
I have a Pentair UltraTemp heat pump that has been working fine for 3 years.
Recently I noticed it not turning on. I had a heat pump guy come over and he said there was nothing wrong with it and got it to start right up.
I then noticed that it's reading the actual water temperature correctly, but it is not getting the correct setting from the Screen Logic application.
I looked though the settings and everything appears to be correct, yet it continues to display 42F for the set spa temperature no matter what I set it to.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
