Pentair Triton TR-100C Filter Help Needed

This is on my pool. It is a great filter. But now it has a leak at the coupling coming out of the filter housing. This is the lower one, of course, so it will be more difficult to work on.

Does anybody know about working on these filters? It seems that this coupling is available as a separate part to purchase. It seems that it somewhat just screws into the internal filtration parts. But I'm sure that would be too easy.

I'm in Bartow FL, which is Central Florida between Orlando and Tampa. Is there anybody who works this filter who'd be close enough that I could hire them to fix it?

Thanks.

You can buy replacement fittings and you’ll need a special wrench to remove it. Basically just suck all the sand out with a shopvac, remove the multivalve, replace the fitting, then put it back together.

OK, so it is hopeful that I might be able to do this myself. I have found a good pool supply place, Polytech Pools, to source the parts from.

I'll have to look into the special wrench though. Or is that just one of these strap wrenches that I'll need?

Thanks for the help.

However, if anybody does know a good place in Central Florida, I still might be interested in hiring them to do it.
