Pentair Superflo VS owner. Worked perfectly for several years but!

I have a Pentair Superflo VS that pumps fine but! Time is maintained and flow settings are standard, however, after startup sequence it does not start sequence 2. If I manually start sequence 2 it has to be stopped manually even though duration is set to 10 hours. Sequence 3 never starts. I am guessing it is a control board issue but would appreciate any experienced feedback? Thanks
