I went to go adjust my lights and waterfalls from my screen logic on my phone and my wife’s phone today and it suddenly seems to have stopped working. I can connect to this system and make adjustments yet it doesn’t do anything that I am telling it to do. The app shows the lights are on and the pumps are running when they actually aren’t. I can still manually turn everything on and off at the easy touch but nothing from the phone is working. Has anyone ever had this issue? I’m not sure what the step to fix this is.

Shut down the breaker(s) that power the EashTouch. Then find the ScreenLogic Adapter (the little cube that came with ScreenLogic that plugs into your ethernet router) and power that down, too. Then reverse all that (power everything back up, ET last).
