Hello, I have a Pentair whisper Flo 2.6 vst using automation with the inteliconnect. The heater is remote controlled with the automation also. The problem is whenever the heater is running and a new schedule starts for example at 12pm, the heater will shut off and turn back on. This happens on every pump schedule, not really a big deal since the heater turns back on but I’m wondering if there is a fix to make the heater priority over automation schedules.

I do not think so. However, you should have one overriding Pool schedule that is set for the entire time the pump is running. Then individual schedules embedded in that (at higher rpm of the pump) for specific reasons.
