It looks like you don't have automation. Are you sure your display pseudo-board is good? I don't see any reference to the symptoms you have. And sorry the board is not working (yet). If you get your old board turns out to be working, then you can maybe help someone else out here with the board I sent you. -Greg

I may be off-track here, but have you considered that the display is broken? Ours went out in 2018 and we replaced it and the PCB. Amazon has some cheap ones that you could check out. Search for "pentair pool heater display" on Amazon. That would at least let you see if the display lights up. This of course relies on power coming to the heater.
