I have the Prowler 820 - the 'dumb' version of the 830. I can sum up my thoughts by saying I just had a new Polaris P965iQ delivered this past Monday.

The main failure of the 820 was how it consistently missed a given spot no matter how long I ran it (although it would do the same alternative spot 14 times in a cycle!) and I found the 'disassemble from the bottom' process for cleaning the filters unwieldy.
