I am trying to have someone update the firmware in my Pentair Intellitouch controller. I am reasonably technically competent, but reading the posts about this has convinced me I need to hire a professional. Someone mentioned a "Jerry T". how do I reach this person? If he is not available what are my options. I have searched the Internet for hours. I cannot find people that do this. Thank you.
