Pentair Intelliflo VF pump super loud

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can recommend something. Our Pentair Intelliflo VF pump is super loud. I just replaced all the seals / gaskets as described in this video (

) as well as I replaced the impeller and seal plate (which were damaged) and it seems to run fine but it's super loud (here's a very short video although it might not be that clear from the video : New video by Michel de Breyne). (It was loud before but I thought it was because I needed to replace the parts).

Any idea what I should do? Could it be the bearings in the "motor end" of the pump. Is that something anyone can replace?

Usually, loud pump motors are usually due to bad bearings which can be replaced as well. There are also YT videos for replacement.
