Pentair IntelliCenter meltdown?

Ever since the summer ended, we do not access the Pentair Home iOS app or Intellicenter2.com sites.

I can no longer access my Pentair IntelliCenter via the Pentair Home app nor via Intellicenter2.com. I try to use either and i'm not able to access my home system. Any one else experiencing the same? Any tips on how to get reconnected?

Did you power your IntelliCenter off and on?

How is your IntelliCenter connected to your home network?
