Pentair Easytouch Wireless Remote model "520546-520547" (what it says on the back of the remote). 8-circuit.
The power-on button and up/down buttons, circuit on/off buttons work fine.
The left/right buttons that allow one to adjust temperature and/or enter sub-menus are unresponsive.
Other than just buying a new remote, any suggestions? I am perfectly willing to try anything given that if simply replacing the thing is the only alternative, I've got nothing to lose. I tried taking the batteries out, waiting awhile, and re-inserting in hopes that would force a reset, but that didn't seem to do anything like that.
And, just to confirm: Apparently the remote and the antenna are a matched, linked set? One cannot simply replace the remote and not the antenna? That's what I've seen from comments for example on Amazon. Just wanted to ask here for a more reliable answer.
