Pentair Easytouch to nodeJS-poolcontroller using Elfin EW11 - WiFi State Disconnnected

I’ve been successfully using my EW11 for some time with the Home Assistant nodeJS-poolcontroller integration, but had to do some work on the pump (power down, etc) and it now no longer connects.

The server shows up on my LAN and I’m able to get the configuration page. I’ve even upgraded firmware to the latest v1.44.1.

You can see on the status page, the WiFi State is ‘Disconnected’. The device also does not show up in the list of connected devices on my LAN. The led lights on the device are lit up (blinking) and you can see that there has been data received.

So, WiFi seems to be working (since I can connect to it as a server) and it appears to be receiving data from my RS485 device (pool controller), but its not connecting to my network router.

Any clues to why the WiFi is not connecting as a device to my LAN?

The EW11 is currently in AP mode which means it acts like an access point so devices must connect directly to the EW11.

If instead you want the EW11 to connect to your WiFi AP LAN, change the mode to "STA" and enter the WiFi key. Also, the LAN IP should be that of the WiFi gateway.

Thanks and yes, that was the problem. Needed to change WiFi mode to STA, enter my LAN SSID/PW, then (most important!) reset the device with the wired reset button. (Despite all kinds of attempts, I failed to 'reset' after each time to check results.) All working again!
