pentair easy touch not " NO COMM "

My issue is that as I look at the receiver/transmitter with the cover off, there is a power light but no transmit or receive lights, even with the "send address" active on the main panel and "searching address" on the remote. Thoughts? @Pool Clown

I know this post is kind of dated but,

Try resetting the address.

From the load center at the equipment:

press menu.
press up arrow (scroll) to settings, press select (right arrow)
scroll to address and press the right arrow button.
wait till display says "sending address".

From the hand held unit:

Do the same:
press menu.
press up arrow(scroll) to settings, press select (right arrow)
scroll to address and press the right arrow button to lock on to the unique address that is being sent from the outdoor panel.
wait until display says "found addressed".
press the menu button to save and exit this mode.

Now return to the outdoor panel:
press the menu button 3 times to exit the "sending address" mode.
Feb2023 and still useful and resolved my issue!

The power went out today for a second and now I get NO COMM on the Easy Touch (FCC ID: P4EASYTOUCH). The card's POWER led is on and the 485 led flashes two times, pauses, then repeats. I did the wireless scan and it wouldn't find it. Flipped the power off at the board, redid the scan and it immediately synced.

Thank you TFP participants!

@mandijjones...
  1. have you had any storms or any changes to your system recently?
  2. what are the LEDs on the outdoor transceiver card doing?
  3. is the FCC:ID of your remote P4HEASYTOUCH or P4HEASYTOUCH2A?
