Pentair ccp320

I just ordered the Pentair 320' cartridge filter. I have their DE 48 and notice the tank lid appears to be the same as the CCP 420. Curious, if 3 years from now when I need to buy a new get of cartridges, can the larger ones be used with the taller lid? ie: is it worth saving the old lid? My pool is 17k gallons and I'm sure the 320 is fine, but seems a cheap upgrade 3 years from now. Maybe just a pipe extension to the top manifold?

Yes it’s the same lid 320-36sqft 420-48sqft 520-60sqft so 420 cartridges would fit with your 48sqft lid.
