Starting our 10th season of pool use with a vinyl AGP liner. Below the top rails but above the water line there is what looks like the top layer of the liner is peeling. There is no hole in the liner, nor is it ripping.
I recall using a "mr. clean magic eraser" last year and I think it was in that area. When I noticed the "eraser" turning light blue (which is the liner color) I stopped using it, realizing the "eraser" is more like a fine steel wool. Others have sworn by it for cleaning.
Has anyone ever used it and noticed their liner starting to peel?
I'm thinking the liner will hold up this year (as long as I don't use a "magic liner tearer . . . oh I mean eraser" :taped:
