Partially drained gunite pool, pop-up risk?

Had to partially drain our pool this afternoon ahead of a skimmer replacement and return repair tomorrow. It's 3', 5.5', 3' deep (deep portion in center of pool) and it's drained down about 1.5'

Already skittish about pop-up risk as we've had heavy rain for the past few days and still have standing water in some parts of the yard, we have a high water table normally (South Houston), plus we're expecting rains dumping up to 3"/hour overnight.

Should I partially refill ahead of the rain tonight or should the remaining water (~10k gallons) be enough to keep it from going buoyant?

If the ground water level gets above the pool water level, then there will be some level of upward force on the pool.
How much force or how high the ground water needs to get above the pool water level before bad things start to happen is hard to guess.

Thanks, yeah Google had me seeing visions of mass destruction in the backyard last night. No way to tell how heavy the actual pool structure is so no way to calculate the buoyancy with any accuracy. The pool's exactly as I left it last night, no shifting.

With a gunite pool you are less likely to have it pop out as it quiet heavy
Do you have a main drain with a hydrostatic relief valve which would equalise the pressure
My fibreglass pool lifted like a boat
after a drain down causing lots of problems but I didn't have a main drain and relief valve
When we drained my sons fibreglass pool we drilled holes to equalise the pressure with excellent results
