I am having an issue with problems that have occurred to my pool during a liner change (another post). With this post I am looking to hear opinions on whether changing out a liner the evening before a possible heavy rain forecast is something that most installers would do, given that the pool will not have time to refill before the rains would hit. Also, would the type of surround for the pool (decking vs concrete) typically factor in to the decision on whether a liner change before a rain should be done. Thanks
