Ordering coming year test kit refills?

I seem to remember that ordering refills might be at a discount sometime this spring. I have TF pro salt kit and see refill set is $54, but that does not include the salt refills at $36.
I have a lot of salt, TA and CH test left over from last year. Any of that still good for the coming season?
I used up most of the CYA, PH and FC. Maybe just order those only. I assume ordering in April to get the freshest batch for opening in May
