I have 1250G above ground vinyl pool about 3 months old. I am ordering a TF-100 kit to test and adhere to the TFP method. That said it seems we mostly test for pH, FC, and CYA? If so should I add extras of those reagents to my order?
Ordering a TF-100, what reagents will I use most so I can order extra?

I would not order anything extra. Each spring TFTestkits has a refill sale. Watch your email in early March. Get a full set then and you will always have fresh reagents.
