We have a 24ft Optium pool, with a bad installed and manufactured coping. Wilbar is replacing the parts for free but will not cover labor, so here I am. Has anyone replaced this coping before? I was told to drain the pool half way. I am planning on doing this and replacing one part at a time. I will have people helping holding the liner up until the coping can be replaced. Is there anything I am missing, or is this a pretty easy job? It was going to cost 2k to have the installer do it, which they really messed it up. Screws at angles, cracking my coping. It is a mess.
