Opening swamp, going well, still cloudy

I'm into day 4 of a swamp opener and it's going well so far.

My current stats
Ph 7.8
Fc 15
Cc 0
Ta 70
Cya- ? It's been cloudy. Closed in fall with 40ish so I'd expect 30s with a few winter pump outs.

Last night I lost no fc

Progressing everyday but it's still cloudy. I can see the floor design in shallow fairly well but not clear. Can't see main drain yet. Does it take awhile with a sand filter only?

This is an image of day 1 to day 2.

a few more questions.

This is technically my first time opening a winterized pool. Last year, it was a new house purchase and we needed a new liner. Fresh water opens are way too easy.

So this year, its taking more time. Going through the steps, all is fine, I consistently drop about 10ppm fc per day, raise to 15-16 at night, morning is 14-15, then 5ppm range when I get back from work. Sounds like my cya may be a little lower than I think? doing more cya tests this weekend. I'm almost clear. main drain is visible but not clear.

ph has stayed steady on the high side at 7.8
cc has never been more than .5 or 1
TA is 60-70ish.

I also have a question about TA levels. TF100 instructions say manually chlorinated pools with no swg should be in the 100s. but in pool math it suggests 70-90. That seems like a substantial difference with the amount of adjustment that takes. What is right?

If your pH doesn't swing wildly, you can have it anywhere between 70-100. I know my CYA always drops to near 0 every winter. Why? I have no idea but it does.
