In my area we are not on septic but the city handles sewer as well. We get charged for usage and sewer for each unit of water we use. They will waive the sewer cost if it is used for filling a pool.
Some municipalities "waive" the sewage fee for pool fills (since the water 'used' is "one way"). I don't think there is any discount for straight water use
So I’m doing the conversion and the water is very clear and blue. Still trying to get all leaves and duty dirt from the bottom (maybe that’s what you call the goo idk). The FC is pretty much depleted during the day. At night I boost back up to 15ppm. It falls to anywhere between 11-15ppm at night. How long will this go on for. Water doesn’t turn when I put chlorine in now.
I’d say it’s been looking good for a couple days now
