It's all safe. Most eyes don't care with any 7.

Now that you're back on bleach, the Ph will rise once you bump the TA. Maintain a high 7 Ph instead of a low 7 Ph and both Ph and TA will likely find their own happy place.

I haven't touched either all season, and I only adjusted Ph once last year.
