Old Hayward pump leaking! Please help.

My pump just started leaking every so slightly a few days ago, but now its getting worse. It is leaking from the area I circled...

Any idea what it could be? Can I fix this myself or do I need to replace the whole pump or can a pro repair this pump?

Possible seal which can be replaced..wipe down the area and look for any hairline cracks. These pumps are very serviceable. Any unusual noises? Pump psi normal?
