I purchased a home that has an older pool. It seems like it was a cinder block and concrete pool that they also sprayed fiberglass on top of and painted over. The guy I have helping me says there is too many hollow spots and is breaking the fiberglass all around the bottom edge of pool and showing me the dirt where the walls are separated from the floor, and saying its out of his scope of work. Is there a fiberglass resurfacing specialist in the Tallahassee Florida area?

You might be better off considering a vinyl liner.
Going over the old fiberglass would be a very difficult job and then probably won't last long

This was message from the person I had helping. Sounds like a vinyl cover is my best option
I would settle up and let this guy go. I feel negative vibes.
