Oh no..smell of chloramines

Smell of chloramines...checked pool,all numbers ok and water clear. Go to the front of our home and even a stronger odor..what the heck? Come to find out 2 houses down, house was being sprayed with ?? in prep for pressure washing.
Sigh of relief..
