Had new fiberglass pool built last year with pentair intelliflo3 pump. Pump is still running fine and I can control it from the app, but the touchscreen on the pump itself is not responding. Pentair says they will replace it, but need the serial number for the pump. There is no serial number anywhere on the pump and nothing in any of my paperwork. Called the pool builder multiple times and they have no serial number for the pump. Google search tells me where it should be, but nothing there and no serial number on the app-there’s a part number, but no serial number. Am I missing anywhere I should be looking? Will be calling Pentair tomorrow to see if they can replace the touchscreen without a serial number. I think somebody just forgot to put a sticker on this pump.
