Nightmare Pool Patio--Concrete HELP

We had the same uneven broom finish and color splotching issue. PB applied Cool Deck at their expense. Could not be happier. Seeing how good that looks vs a plain colored broomed finish, if we did it again I’d go with the Cool Deck finish all day long even at an additional expense.

Cool Deck is applied over regular concrete? How much extra would it have been?

Applied directly on the concrete after pressure wash but it was new concrete. Not sure about cost but I believe around $4/sq ft.

Do you any before and after pictures to share? Ours has recommended the Krete Kote system which I think is similar to Cool Deck but I hear these type products can chip overtime, difficult to clean, and a nightmare to be redone later.

A few before close-ups and a couple of overall after. No chipping yet but we don't abuse it and its only been a couple of seasons. Haven't had to clean it yet but I expect it will clean up easily with a pressure washer.
