Next task on list.. Updating EasyTouch firmware - Need a how to

Just updated the Screenlogic adapter to 738, and now I am looking to update the easytouch firmware from 2.160 to 2.190

I looked around but could not find any detail.. Has anyone been successful in doing this or have a "how-to"?
