We purchased a new home last year in Nc near Asheville with a 14,400 gallon salt water shotcrete pool and spa. We originally had a pool company for the first several months, but were unhappy with the lack of prompt service and poor education - they always seems unwilling to teach or explain things to us. I’m assuming this was the perpetuate our role as as ignorant clients. 
Anyway, we’ve taken over things ourselves, gotten a new variable speed pump, Dolphin robot and handling all the chemicals. Very happy with the results and learning soooo much from these forums - everyone is so helpful and willing to teach.
