Hey guys. I bought a house a couple of wks ago that came with an above ground pool. I know nothing about upkeep but have been doing a lot of reading here. The pool was green a few days ago but now is back to blue after a few chemical additions. I think it's ready to be vacuumed. I'll attach a picture. I'll also attach a picture of my pump. I'm not sure if I can use this pump to vacuum or not seeing as how it doesn't have an indicators.

Firstly, welcome to TFP!

Was one of those chemical additions floc by chance? I think I see some signs of flocced algae on the bottom there. You can use any pump to vacuum, but if you flocced then you need to vacuum to waste and it looks like that is a cartridge filter and you can't vacuum to waste with most cartridge filters. If you can close your returns and disconnect the hoses from them, then pull your filter out and run the system without it, you can vacuum to waste that way. It's not the ideal way to do it, but you definitely can't allow that stuff to run through a cartridge filter.
