Just downloaded Pool Math yesterday and signed up for a subscription today.
Trying to enter my data from my testing this morning. How do I save my test results. I don’t see the Last results data on the summary page.

Go to the + symbol at the top then select Test Results. Once you load everything click the checkmark. That should do it
