Hi. I’m thinking of installing a SWG. It looks like the Circupool 45 RJ+ is popular. I have a 20k gallon pool so I am thinking of getting the RJ45+ (only $10 more than the RJ30).
See attached pics for where I want to install. It’s close to the heater, I’m not sure if that matters. The top long pipe behind the heater is the return to the pool where I would install
Some questions.
1- is this location ok? Is it too close to the heater?
2- I live in DFW area? Should I get the bypass cell? Do people in this area turn the SWG off in the winter? Or just let it go on and off with the water temp?
3-Do I need the cleaning stand?
4- I have a new Pentair VSP that I leave running 24x7. I was going to connect the wiring for the SWG to the same leads as the pump, so if the pump loses power the SWG does too. Is that correct?
