I'm building pool steps for my in-ground liner pool. Steps are made from concrete blocks.
Questions:
1. Do the square edges of the steps create a wear problem for the liner?
2. Should the new steps be covered with a skim coat of poolcrete?
3. Should a bullnose edging be added at the step edges?
4. Can I edge the poolcrete with a 1/2" radius finishing trowel to create my own bullnose?
