Depending on what part exactly you need, there may be a few local shops that carry what you need. I know there are some local pool parts stores and of course the local pool chain, but I'd star online first. Places like Inyopools, Amazon, and PoolSupply are just a few that have very large resources of parts. In most cases their prices are better.
