new pool in OC cal need help

well me and the wife jumped off the cliff and hired a PB to give us are dream!
we started in aug 5 things where great until ? things started happen like
the PB would not come by the house or pickup his phone!!
then the subs started not showing up!!! then subs started
knocking on the door asking for $$$ they have not been payed
well thats a whole other part of my night mare!! Now i have to try and finish
our dream! need help with a few thing? what is the smallest pool equment
foot print anyone has seen?pic? please, i have pool,spa.two skimmers,two water spill ways out of the bond beam.
the plummer put the 12 pipe coming out of the ground real closes
together all in a row! and did not mark them. i have 3 pumps 1filter 1 jandy hand held
1intellichlor. ?need to be pointed in the right dirtion
By the way i want to try and do this myself so can you helpme out! what vales do i need
i need to make sure the plumming is right so i can pour the deck soon!

so there is two skimmers, 11 jets in spa 4 mail drains in floor 5 returns in wall sides and 1 cleaner return.
there is no pick up for the water falls there are two of them. I was planing on three pumps one main
a vs3050 one booster 1 1/2hp and one 3/4hp for the falls. de filter 60 plus and a salt gen what is the best way
to make it all work right! help me please
