rocco: I don't think there was in water issue in my back yard. PB builder didn't say anything to me about the water table.

What pool system is going to drain water to the p-trap of front?? The overspill and deck draining is both going to the street, I will have some pictures of that when they start.
Pretty sure the p-trap plumbing is for the filter backwash. I’m a few days behind you on my build, and that’s what I was told anyway. It’s looking good, bet you're glad they got the gunite in before the rains last night. I was not so lucky.

Love your tile choice. Would you please share what manufacture and color etc it is? I am debating on neutral to match flagstone or blue something and like yours alot!

Thanks so much for tile color! I had thought it may be vanatu blue. I have a noble book. I am a little frustrated as my builder uses master tile and NPT and NOT noble and it seems every tile I really like is noble!!
