So I’ve already spent $180 CDN to get the K-2006 test kit and while I’m waiting for delivery it’s time to start looking at robots.
I’ve had the pool open for about 2 weeks now and am already sick of the manual vacuum (especially with the amount of worms I get, cleaning out the pump filter basket ect…)
Anyway I’ve pretty much narrowed it down to these few units but had a question on a few of them:
1) Dolphin Premium (pictures attached) - is this a re-branded 300i??? It’s around $1,300 CDN
2) Polaris P945 - $1,150 CDN
3) Polaris P825 - $1000 CDN
4) Aquabot X4 - $650 CDN - is there really that much quality difference???
Going into this the few dealers I’ve talked to stopped carrying the Dolphins because of another price increase and have switched to Polaris. The aquabot is significantly cheaper, however well I just be replacing this after 2-3 years???
Currently leaning towards the P825 as it seems "middle of the road"...
