New Pebblesheen application Friday morning--then 5" of rain Friday evening. Should I be worried?

First post here. New build in St. Petersburg, Florida. Yesterday the crew did the Pebblesheen application from about 9a to Noon. At 5p, an initial deluge of about 1" of rain came down, and then from 6:30-7:30 or so we got an additional 4" and now have a lot of rain accumulated in the pool and spa. See pics. PB is coming Monday to acid wash and then we will begin the fill. Should we be worried about this rain and accumulation doing permanent damage to the Pebble surface?

Ask your builder but I would think the acid wash would remove any ring left by the standing water. That would be my concern.
