Hey all, as you all have saved me many times over the past year during our build I thought I would turn to the TFP fam once again. Our pool is finally largely done. Kingston 38x16' FG pool, autocover, IC40, 4 globrites, 2 sheer descents, an elevated tanning ledge with pentair bubbler. Intellicenter panel, ETI hybrid heater. tanning ledge bubbler has a separate Intelliflo VSF pump and small cartridge filter, main pool/laminars/sheer descents are run on another VSF and larger filter.
Issues over the past month (aside from it still raining in June)
-what setting would you recommend setting the IC40 at? BACKGROUND - PB initially put it at 25% and ran the pump for 8-10 hours daily. Chemistry seemed fine but then a rep came out to program the panel (PB never installed a intellicenter before). He created schedules and ran the main pool for 22.5 hrs daily and the tanning ledge for an hour to filter it. Needless to say he didnt change the output and within a short time our FC shot up to 15!! After leaving open, turning IC40 off for 4-5 days, and eventually using Theotrine it dropped but now has stayed at 0.5-1 despite 2.5 bottles of 6% bleach and turning the IC40 to 7-10%.
-Tanning ledge bubbler is doing a crazy vortex effect splashing everywhere after running for about 1-2 min. There is a jet return at the apex of the semicircle I assumed was causing a current as the jet is turned to the side slightly and does create a slight current, not sure the fix though.
-Recommendations for how to seal enginneered stone veneer under our sheer descents?
-I want to create a button in the Intellicenter2 app for our tanning ledge to allow me to mostly empty the tanning ledge into the pool and also to fill the tanning ledge. How do you assign the Intellivalves to a button in the app and program the function? Sorry if unclear. Basically we dont heat the ledge but would love the option to dump the water and refill with warmer water if the wife wants to use it randomly until summer kicks in.
