My wife and I are new retirees, living in The Villages, FL (NW of Orlando). Our SWG plaster pool of about 10,000 gallons was completed this past January. Since then I've used a couple different pool service companies and am now convinced I can do it myself, especially after discovering this great website. I enjoy the technical aspects of water chemistry and just ordered myself a TF-Pro test kit to get started soon. Looking forward to giving this a shot.

Hello! Welcome to TFP! We have other "Villagers" here also. You can easily learn to manage your pool far better than the hired guys, and do a better job at protecting that investment.
