Hello. New owner from Milwaukee area (about 20min north). Never owned a pool before. Finished July of last year.
20x45 rectangle with a 6' sunshelf. Deep end is 8' with a diving board. SWG and Cartridge filter. Autocover. Pretty happy with the builder.
Been pretty hands off really. Been adding about 2.5 pints of MA every week. Otherwise, haven't had to do a thing. We are in a brand new subdivision (new home build) so there are zero trees, which helps. So far so good!
