New member. Have a 90 gal spa. Was told TFP could still help me?

I was sent here by Reddit users. I was reaching out to ask for help with a “chemistry hack” as this small spa stresses me out with worrying about chemical maintenance. I knew there must be a better way.
I’m hoping to learn what that is! Just did a purge and drain and would like the restart to be less hassle!

I have a 220 gal. spa. Our simple maintenance method is for each family member to use a test strip before entering the spa, and if chlorine is low, add a standard measured amount (plastic measure that came with liquid laundry detergent) of plain store-brand household bleach before entering. I test for ph and alkalinity weekly with a liquid test kit and adjust with Arm & Hammer washing (pH up) & baking soda (alkalinity up) if needed. We also have granular pool store PH Down for the rare occasions when it's needed, and a pool store defoaming product. Use the PoolMath app or the online calculator at PoolMath to figure out how much of each product to add.
We drain and refill whenever foaming gets out of hand.

Thank you! Do you have any start up tips? Recently cleaned and drained.
I fill mine from a hose out of the bottom of my hot water tank to speed up availability, as the Softub heater isn't that fast (uses pump motor heat). 90 gallons is a small spa--I'd measure carefully to ensure you don't put in too much of anything. The best part, though, is that draining and refilling would be quick, so any mistakes can easily be corrected!
