Last Spring we had the pool at our recently purchased home repaired and relined by a company we researched and thought was reliable and professional. After the repairs and liner was installed and equipment confirmed to be working we never heard from the owner again. He was going to come out and show us which piece of equipment/valves controlled what, but he never called and confirmed an appointment. Fast forward to this spring and it looks like the liner is pulling loose in two spots (see picture below). We have another pool builder we can call, but I'm just curious if this is something that can be easily corrected by us or if we need to bring someone in. Thanks for any advice you can give me.
