New Liner but need to close questions

Hello,
We finally had our new liner installed today and it looks great. My question is what now? Should I finish filling it up and add chemicals to balance or drain it back down below jets and close? The current water level is right at the bottom of the skimmer. Probably needs about another 1,000 gallons to be enough to turn the pump on. We're not planning to swim anymore this season.

Pool is finally full and was able to turn pump on. Now I just need advice on what to do to close.

With 0 CYA I would put on Polyquat 60 and close the pool. You do not want chlorine without CYA as it can bleach your new liner.

Okay I did not know that. Going to the store today to purchase the polyquat. Will it be okay to run it for a few days with only the addition of polyquat until my husband and I have time to close it?

If that is the case I would add 1-2 ppm of liquid chlorine, check FC daily, and keep it at that level until 24 hours before closing. Then add the PQ60 and let it mix for 24 hour and then close.
