In process of new pool install and our Jandy VSFHP185DVS (comes with the Speedset module) was plumbed and wired today.
Upon going thru the various settings, we noticed none of the schedules are activating. With further review, the time is not changing. Whatever time I enter into settings remains at that time and does not change.
I called Jandy (2+ hours on hold) and they had no explanation except to find a local warranty service center to come inspect. But in speaking to Jandy, their technical support had no answers.
Unfortunately, all local service centers are at least 3 months out for any warranty service. The pool installer does not service and said I need to contact Jandy. So I'm in a loop of no once can inspect and no one has a answer as to the time issue.
Does anyone have any experience with these pumps and anything I can do on my end to make the clock setting to actually work? Also, when breaker turned off (eg loss of power), I notice there's no backup feature and the date and time reset to 00:00 Jan 1, 2020. Should this also be the case?
