Recently moved from Ohio to Tucson and have my first in-ground pool. Had it re-plastered in November of 2020 and having lots of problems! Had a Pebble Tec, Pebble FINA (Bella Blue) finish put in and the pool looks terrible. Looks like the entire pool was tie-dyed. Hoping to get some ideas and support from this group. Thank you!
