Hi all. I'm on our HOA board, and one of my duties is maintaining the clubhouse and pool. Although we do hire out our pool maintenance it doesn't mean it goes well all the times. So I'm here to read, learn and hopefully remember some tricks of the trade about how to maintain the pool properly. Happy 4th of July! Doug

You need to ensure that you understand your HOA, City, and State regulations that may have requirements for your HOA managed pool. Those requirements may be very different that what TFP teaches. You may say that it is not a public pool, but under NC law, pools that are used by multiple families seem to be public pools.
