New Gunite Erosion

First time pool builder. Gunite was sprayed yesterday and looks like this today. Water is percolating from the ground around the main drain (we actually see bubbles coming up) with the gunite unable to cure or even eroding. We live in Florida with a low water table. Should we be concerned? Is this common and has anyone else experience this? Thank you!

Hey W !! Hang tight for thoughts about curing, but the water table is only part of the possible issue. Irrigation or Storm water can take its sweet time finding its way to the water table. For water to be seeping in, it’s clearly there.
