New fill water and SLAM

I just completed a successful asorbic acid treatment, but Polyquat couldn't keep algae away. I was planning to drain/refill the water to rid of metals anyways so now I have new fill water to SLAM.

My numbers are:
2 FC
0 CC
7.2 pH
90 TA
230 CH
0 CYA

Adding CYA in the skimmer basket and hope to have it around 30 for the SLAMing process. Should I wait the 24-48 hours for the CYA to dissolve or start bringing up chlorine levels now?

Should I worry about low CH at all or wait until the SLAM is over?

Water is blue but murky towards the deep end. Brown algae patches on steps are growing slowly. Haven't brushed at all yet, waiting for chlorine. Thanks for the help!

Should my CC be showing something, here are my numbers:
4:30 PM
12.5 FC, 0 CC

6PM
12 FC, 0 CC

(after a thunderstorm) 7:45 PM
10.5 FC, 0 CC

using Taylor K2006 test kit with a speed stir. I am seeing huge improvements in some areas, but there’s definitely some brown still there. Big plumes of dust when I brush. I guess I thought my CC was supposed to be showing some death and destruction? Or do some people have 0 CC when they SLAM?

You might not see any CC at all. Sunlight breaks it down. Zero CC is something to be grateful for.
